Q: How early in advance should I place my catering order?
A:
Please order with us at least a week in advance. We would take about 1-2 business days to get back to you! Do check your spam folder if you haven't received a reply from us in your inbox.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A:
There is no minimum order quantity, however do take note you will be charged a minimum SGD20> delivery fee regardless of the quantity. For bagel orders below 10 we suggest making your order on the Grab/Deliveroo platform instead.

Q: How much is the delivery fee?
A:
The delivery fee is a minimum SGD20> inclusive of GST, depending on proximity and prevailing surcharge.

Q: Where can I view the menus?

A: To view the menus, please see here for Novena, here for Tanjong Pagar, Holland Village and here for Joo Chiat.


Q: Which outlets are open?

A: Our outlets are open everyday. For Festive periods, please check our Instagram for any updates on our opening days and/or hours.

Q: What are your opening hours?

A: We are open 8AM - 3:30PM (3:15PM LAST ORDER).


Q: What is the earliest our order can arrive?

A: The earliest we are able to send out the orders is 9:00AM. Arrival of the food is heavily dependent on the proximity to respective outlets and traffic conditions.


Q: Am I allowed to order from separate outlets?

A: Orders will only be accepted for one outlet, not multiple.


Q: Are gluten-free bagels available?

A: Unfortunately, gluten-free bagels are no longer available!

Q: Are your bagels halal-certified?
A:
No, we are not halal-certified. We do, however use the same utensils in the kitchen that make contact with non-halal meat. If this is a concern of yours, we advise you not to partake in our food. However, do note that you are completely free to customize your bagel toward your own dietary restrictions.
